Teaches undergraduate courses in the Minor in Counseling and/or graduate-level courses in the Counseling Program in the Department of Psychological Sciences and Counseling, contributing to the preparation of licensed clinical mental health counselors, school counselors, addiction counselors, college counselors, and student affairs professionals in accordance with Council for the Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP) standards.
Plans, organizes, teaches, and provides feedback to promote and direct student success. Responds to students in a timely manner. Communicates with students, departments, and university officials via university provided tools and resources.

Work Schedule: Typically, Monday through Friday. Teaching assignments may be remote or at various locations.
Sponsorship and/or Work Authorization Status: Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Minimum Qualifications: An earned master's degree in counseling (including counseling specialty area but not limited to Clinical Mental Health Counseling, School Counseling, Addiction Counseling, College Counseling, Student Affairs degrees); at least two years of related experience; must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Preferred Qualifications: Earned a doctoral degree in Counselor Education from a CACREP-accredited program. Licensure as a counselor. Evidence of professional engagement (e.g., professional development and training activities related to counseling, professional service contributions to counseling, ongoing counseling practice, and/or research and scholarly activity in counseling).
