This is a full-time, tenured faculty position. The chair will lead and coordinate strategic planning and curriculum development for the Department of Counselor Education. Manage the budget and operations. Evaluate faculty and staff performance; coordinate accreditation and program approval initiatives. Teach two courses during the academic year. Provide service to the university, community, and profession; actively participate in student recruitment, support faculty growth and development opportunities. Promote interdepartmental collaboration and communication.
