The Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE) invites applications for full-time, tenure-track faculty position and/or practice faculty (open rank) focused on educational/school counseling or mental health counseling. The areas of professional expertise of particular interest as they relate to counseling and mental health may include but are not limited to: issues of equity and systematic barriers in educational settings and the effect those have on student mental health; setting-level interventions to support student mental health, including multi-tiered systems of support; culturally-responsive counseling and programmatic interventions; trauma-sensitive schooling; group counseling; community-based practice; and systematic change.
